We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative at Glass Doctor to answer phones and respond to emails, selling Glass Doctor services. As a Glass Doctor ISR, you will: Educate customers about Glass Doctor’s services and discuss features and benefits in detail. Enthusiastically take phone calls from customers in need of glass services. Enter all pertinent customer and job information into the computer system, maintaining accurate records of prospects, existing customers, and progress. Promptly respond to email requests to secure opportunities. Maintain open lines of communication with ownership/management. Assist customers in-shop at the front counter as needed. Excel at Exceptional Inside Sales: an upbeat, positive, and motivating personality with clear, cheerful communication with customers, peers, and management; self‑motivated, competitive, able to listen and apply what is heard and move the sale forward; high self‑confidence and determination to make the sale; willingness to take personal responsibility for customer experience. Have an Eye for Perfection: high organization, outstanding work ethic, honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity; dress and personal hygiene appropriate for an office environment. Identify Additional Opportunities: view customers as valued clients and make best recommendations for their current and future needs. Education and Experience
Computer literacy and ability to use standard applications. Strong communication skills and personality suitable to engage customers and fellow employees. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Must be self‑motivated, energetic, and results‑oriented. This Job Is NOT For You If
