Account Manager – iTrade Pay iTrade Pay is a dynamic, growing company located in North Phoenix, Arizona. We are seeking an Account Manager to support local business owners within our network by connecting them with services they may need, combining sales with administrative work.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to clients and manage email communications.

Perform job research and apply out‑of‑the‑box thinking to meet client needs.

Coordinate marketing, sales, and service initiatives.

Maintain accurate records and support executive administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Strong administrative and executive support skills.

Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication.

Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills/Experience

B2B sales or customer service experience.

Marketing sales, consulting, or coordination experience.

Outbound calling experience.

Compensation Base pay range:

$20.00 per hour – $25.00 per hour . Starting at $20/hour, after a 60‑day training and evaluation period, compensation will be reviewed for potential increase to $25/hour plus performance‑based bonuses.
