To support our growth, we are currently in search of an experienced Sales Manager who will lead a team of Sales Professionals by embracing and promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, career development and high performance. Our Sales Manager will have a proven track record of success, and a burning desire to lead and succeed in an environment where we work hard, drive results, celebrate achievements, and have fun doing it!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure sales results meet or exceed established revenue targets
Provide leadership through collaborative sharing of knowledge and skill
Develop, implement and deliver training and coaching to ensure maximum performance, service levels and appropriate sales results are achieved
Maintain headcount to budgeted targets by focusing on retention through career development and other opportunities
Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of B2B sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience of Outside Sales Management experience is strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Proven ability to mentor/coach team members in order to achieve maximum results
Quickly acquire product knowledge and establish relationships with clients
This position requires daily travel within an assigned geographic area. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current insurance are required
