Vice President, Sales Role Overview We are seeking a hands‑on Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a small team of Inside Sales Representatives while remaining closely involved in day‑to‑day execution. This is a junior‑level management role designed for someone early in their leadership journey who thrives in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven sales environment. The Inside Sales Manager will focus on driving pipeline generation, reinforcing consistent sales behaviors, and coaching early‑career sales talent while partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Directly manage and coach 2–3 Inside Sales Representatives, driving consistent execution against activity, conversion, and pipeline goals Serve as a player‑coach, contributing to prospecting and pipeline generation as needed Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance check‑ins to provide coaching, feedback, and accountability Ensure consistent execution of inbound and outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels Track and monitor individual and team performance using defined KPIs and dashboards Partner with Sales to ensure strong lead qualification, effective handoffs, and alignment on target accounts Collaborate with Marketing to support campaign follow‑up and provide feedback on lead quality and messaging Support onboarding and ramp of new hires by reinforcing tools, processes, and expectations Maintain strong CRM discipline and ensure accurate activity and pipeline reporting Identify opportunities to improve messaging, workflows, or tools and elevate recommendations to leadership Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B software sales 1–2 years of people leadership or team‑lead experience preferred Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments Working knowledge of inside sales motions, lead qualification, and pipeline generation Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce and Salesloft preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable What You’ll Bring
