The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic Sales Manager to drive growth in the digital media and advertising sector. You will build and execute regional sales plans, manage a team, and develop key partnerships with brands and agencies to significantly exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue & Strategy:
Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Identify and pursue new business with brands, agencies, and key accounts.
Lead & Develop Team:
Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve collective goals and professional growth.
Cultivate Key Relationships:
Build and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with major clients to ensure high satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Expand Market Presence:
Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities and support expansion in existing and new territories.
Represent the Brand:
Act as a company ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
7+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in
digital media, advertising, promotional products, or commercial printing .
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience directly
managing and coaching a sales team .
Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and managing key client relationships.
A strategic leader with strong business acumen, capable of developing and executing a comprehensive regional plan.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
