Your Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly)
Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations
Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options; educate on Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring company and legal guidelines are followed
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties
Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Retail, Customer Service, or Sales experience helpful but not required
Ability to stand, bend, walk up to 7 hours per day
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
