We are seeking a motivated
Brand Sales Representative
to support marketing campaigns and in-person customer engagement initiatives. This role focuses on representing client brands, assisting with promotional strategies, and supporting sales efforts in a team-based environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are interested in marketing and sales, and want hands‑on experience in a customer‑facing role. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
Learn and communicate key features and benefits of client products and services
Support direct marketing and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with marketing associates and sales managers to increase brand awareness
Engage with customers in person to provide information and support the sales process
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Share feedback and insights with team members to improve campaign performance
Maintain a professional presence while representing client brands
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or brand representation is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
in‑person customer engagement and sales activities
Commission‑based compensation structure
On‑the‑job training and team support provided
