Position Summary
LeaderTech, Inc. Leader Tech is a world leading innovator and manufacturer of EMI shielding products for circuit boards, electronic enclosures, interconnect cables and Thermal solutions founded in 1984. The Company serves a diverse commercial and military customer base from its Global EMI Shielding Technology Center located in Tampa, Florida. Every detail of the company's one-of-a-kind manufacturing facility is tailor-engineered to streamline and improve customer service, engineering and manufacturing processes.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the selling of all Leader Tech products within an assigned territory by directly managing and coordinating activities with customers and internal resources in such a way to meet planned goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new business relationships by personally presenting an acceptable description of Leader Tech, its products, and capabilities.
Develop and maintain sales by exploring and qualifying existing accounts as well as following up on leads resulting from marketing prospecting efforts.
Manage activity of outside sales representatives in assigned territory.
Develop, maintain and update sales activities with Director of Sales.
Maintain a professional business rapport with accounts even under less than desirable conditions.
Maintain accurate up to date records and files on all accounts including sales data, quote records, and customer contacts.
Provide accurate feedback to management on missed quotes and future trends.
Coordinate activities with Inside Sales Teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities.
Represent the company at various trade shows.
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives.
Travel requirement of 20%-50% (Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales).
