We are recruiting motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representatives to join a rapidly expanding team in Charlotte. Responsibilities

Canvass assigned territories to generate sales and build brand awareness

Educate prospective customers on product features, pricing and service advantages

Meet and exceed individual sales targets

Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports

Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to support sales campaigns

Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Prepare and submit customer sales orders

Maintain accurate customer records and track activity using the CRM

Handle customer queries on products, pricing and service timelines

Attend regular team meetings

Represent the brand in a professional, positive and customer-focused manner

Skills and Experience

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Strong understanding of the sales cycle and prospecting process

Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Strong time management and communication abilities

Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Proven success in cold outreach and converting leads into sales

Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity

Creative and proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets

Physical Requirements

Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Salary and Benefits

Sign-on bonus

Base salary plus uncapped commission

Total compensation potential up to $95,000
