Inside Sales Vehicle Account Manager – Ryder System, Inc. Join an innovative team in the Used Vehicle Sales division as an Inside Sales Vehicle Account Manager.

This role is remote and offers a structured work week, competitive base pay plus commission, and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

Call and email marketing‑qualified leads (web, referrals, warm leads, call‑ins).

Follow up on self‑generated leads using industry resources.

Generate first‑time buyers by aggressively marketing new and warm leads.

Establish repeat buyers by enhancing the customer experience.

Increase speed to market by streamlining processes and procedures.

Enhance the retail experience through proactive communication and prompt follow‑up.

Maximize ancillary product revenue (warranty, financing, Select Care).

Work with field counterparts to minimize inventory holding time.

Prepare efficient paperwork (bill of sale, title, warranty forms, etc.).

Proactively communicate with Asset Management and Vehicle Sales Management.

Collaborate with the Wholesale/Export team to identify customers who fit the wholesale/export arena.

Perform additional duties as requested by Management to meet evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in marketing or sales.

Three (3) years or more sales experience required.

General knowledge of vehicle sales and related offerings.

Intermediate experience with CRM systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.

Self‑starter with a flexible, fast‑paced work ethic.

Effective negotiation skills and understanding of the negotiation process.

Compensation Pay Type:

Salaried Base Pay Range:

$45,000 – $45,000 *

*Annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan may apply based on level and experience.
