Inside the Role
Medium to long‑term planning and face‑to‑face selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients. Develops medium to long‑range sales plans, prepares strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with existing customers, and identifies cross‑sell, up‑sell, and repeat sales opportunities. Resolves problems to ensure customers receive high‑quality service while developing client retention and growth plans for profitable business with assigned accounts. Sells directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels, assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, or solutions. Develops and delivers sales bids, presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations while identifying and contacting prospective customers to build long‑term relationships. Compensation is based on achievement of sales targets.
What You Drive At DTNA
Oversee and manage regional sales teams, setting performance goals and supporting their development.
Analyze market trends, product segments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Review and monitor all DCNA production orders placed in the plants.
Work with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure coordinated efforts and achieve business goals.
Prepare regular reporting for production orders and sales order activity.
Manage NOVIS CRM system with internal and external sales team to maximize the effectiveness of the sales funnel management process.
Achieve set sales targets with the team.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
5 years of relevant experience in automotive/commercial vehicle industry sales or technical sales management.
5 years of proven experience in a B2B sales/marketing role.
Fine attention to detail, accountability, and strong customer service knowledge.
Computer literacy across multiple platforms including CRM software (MS Office, SAP, Novis, etc.).
Independent self‑starter, able to master software platforms with minimal direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong professional etiquette.
Problem‑solving skills using critical and creative thinking.
Time‑management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
High level of personal and professional integrity, honesty, and accountability.
Ability to explain complex product details and processes, acting as a consultant for optimal configuration options.

MBA or other relevant higher education.
Experience in B2B environments such as commercial vehicles or capital equipment.
Start‑up experience (plus).
