Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team.
This position is responsible for managing a book of house accounts, focusing on personal lines such as home, auto, and umbrella insurance.

Compensation Package
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Manage & service a book of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance.
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COI), and cross‑selling opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with department managers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent brokerage setting.
Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Strong customer service focus, reliability, personable demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
