Filta is seeking a driven and autonomous Part‑Time Territory Sales Contractor (1099) to manage and grow our established customer base across East Central Florida (Titusville, Melbourne, Cocoa Beach/Brevard County).

This is a strategic role, focused on upselling our essential Filta Clean commercial service to existing, warm accounts. This position is built for growth and offers a strong opportunity to transition into a steady, full‑time position based on sales performance and territory expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

Account Growth:

Proactively manage relationships and drive new revenue by presenting the Filta Clean solution to current customers (warm calls/visits).

Territory Focus:

Operate efficiently within a 40‑minute radius of the territory, serving as the trusted, local face of the brand.

Sales Cycle Management:

Own the full upsell cycle, from initial presentation to securing signed contracts.

Compensation & Rewards

W‑2 Potential in a 1099 Role:

This part‑time contractor role provides a strong financial blend that rewards both time and results.

Hourly Rate:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour

High Commission:

10% – 12% commission

on new revenue generated (Filta Clean upsell contracts).

Travel:

Mileage reimbursement provided at the current IRS standard rate.

Essential Experience & Attributes (Ideal Candidate)

Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or consultative upselling.

Must be a self‑driven, highly autonomous professional comfortable working 15–20 hours per week.

Excellent relationship‑building skills are mandatory.

Familiarity with CRM/sales technology for activity tracking.
