With the continued success of their creative editing software titles, CyberLink is quickly expanding in North America and is looking for a sales leader to join their team as the Channel Sales Manager. This person will be responsible for executing key channel sales activities to help achieve revenue and strategic business objectives.

This role will collaborate closely with CyberLink’s headquarters in Taiwan, NA office in Los Angeles, CA, and report directly to the Director of Channel Sales for North America. The position is based in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Develop and implement sales promotions, marketing plans and programs across all channels

Manage and expand existing channel program with resellers, distributors, retailers, and affiliate partners

Manage key OEM accounts, including weekly interaction with key counterparts, conducting training sessions, driving quarterly review meetings with OEMs’ management team, identifying new business opportunities and interfacing between OEMs and CyberLink’s product teams on technical issues

Create training materials and data sheets for sales enablement resources

Coordinate with CyberLink HQ to execute on channel merchandising campaigns

Conduct research and make recommendations on product merchandising and promotional strategies

Work with partners to optimize product listings, updating assets and monitoring results

Offer insights and recommendations for product enhancements and new product features

Attend reseller events, tradeshows, and onsite product trainings

Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners

Requirements

5+ years of sales experience in/related to online retail or ecommerce

Proven strong client team management skills

Must be comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong communication and accountability.

Proven ability to work independently as a proactive, self‑starter who can take initiative and drive projects forward

Proven strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams located in Taiwan

Proven skillset and maturity in dealing with senior management, at CyberLink and key customer accounts

Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills

Superior business development, marketing and management skills with a proven track record of revenue performance

Willing and able to travel as needed to support business objectives and key initiatives.

Experience and interest in video & photo editing software

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
