Job Title Account Executive, Territory (Mid‑Market)

Location Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities

Sell Filevine to clients seeking case‑management solutions, particularly in the legal vertical.

Sell and demonstrate Filevine new product, Depo Co‑Pilot.

Convey the value propositions of Filevine to earn business.

Share fresh insight that helps prospects properly evaluate solutions.

Prepare and tailor messaging for prospective clients.

Guide prospects through the purchasing process to meet agreed‑upon timelines.

Accurately forecast quarterly and annual performance.

Use a CRM to manage the pipeline.

Learn and apply Filevine’s sales process to increase effectiveness.

Develop sales strategies to grow the client pipeline.

Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas within a specified timeframe.

Partner with SDRs to build a territory and identify qualified opportunities.

Report on activity and performance metrics.

Provide quarterly forecasts to senior sales management.

Qualifications

3‑5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.

Demonstrable record of achieving quota.

Desire to join an upstart company and excel with hard work.

Strong tracking of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives.

Experience in lead qualification, advanced outbound prospecting, pipeline management, sales processes, and objection handling.

Solid written and verbal communication, organizational and time‑management skills.

Excellent presentation and listening skills.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

In‑office position.
