Field Sales Representative IV – Arrow Electronics – Richardson RFPD (Arrow Company)
Job Description Richardson RFPD is looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative IV for our Boston/New England market. Richardson RFPD, an Arrow Company, is a specialized electronic component distributor providing design engineers with deep technical expertise and localized global design support for the latest new products from the world’s leading suppliers of RF, Wireless, IoT and Power Technologies.
What You Will Be Doing
Build & maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Arrow partners, creating demand for Arrow products by proactively offering engineering and supply chain solutions.
Demand Creation and Relationship Management: Focus on technical needs of complex, emerging or underpenetrated prospects; match Arrow solutions to customer business needs; drive new opportunities and product selection; build relationships with suppliers and their reps.
Account Management: Initiate and schedule regular visits to customer facilities, sell Arrow franchised lines and services, create selling opportunities through discovery process, translate customer needs to Arrow solutions, grow profit and maximize margins with value‑added, long‑term solutions.
Relationships: Stay current on product knowledge and/or gain technical certifications, attend supplier training events, maintain supplier databases, keep design registration information accurate.
Compensation: Participation in a sales compensation plan; portion of OTE variable and tied to specific sales‑related goals (70/30 split).
What We Are Looking For
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4‑year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Work Arrangement Fully Remote in Boston or New England territory. Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate $115,800.00 – $235,719.00. Actual compensation offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level.
Location US-MA-Massachusetts (Remote Employees). Remote employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work‑related purposes.
