Key Qualifications
Have many years of sales experience
– Proven ability to sell, excitement for closing sales, and strong understanding of what makes a great sales organization.
Are extremely competitive
– Always expect to win and drive results.
Have a connection to the agricultural community
– Grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly do business with farmers.
Have a background in construction and/or excavation
– Experience in construction, sales to the construction industry, or ownership of a construction business.
Are entrepreneurial
– Independent, self‑driven, self‑motivated, and business‑minded DNA.
Committed to helping others
– Prior experience as a firefighter, law enforcement officer, military veteran, or EMT.
