This role is offered by Best Buy, representing Verizon at Best Buy stores to provide shoppers with personalized solutions that meet their mobile needs while driving sales and fueling your success. You will engage customers, showcase Verizon products and services, and receive ongoing training and self‑guided learning.
Base pay range $15.00/hr – $20.57/hr
Compensation In addition to hourly base pay, you can earn performance bonuses: up to $30 per new mobile line activation and up to $10 per upgrade or peripheral device (e.g., tablets, watches).
What You’ll Do
Engage customers using skills learned from training and provide them with complete solutions to create positive experiences.
Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and drive profitable growth.
Identify customers’ current and long‑term tech needs to generate future opportunities.
Continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones in a learning culture.
Maintain specified department merchandising and organization.
Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 months of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
