Account Manager

to manage relationships and drive revenue growth.

The Role This is a quota-carrying role for a commercial operator who loves the "farmer" side of sales but still has a "hunter" mindset for expansion.

You will manage a portfolio of

40–50 accounts , acting as a strategic partner to help clients navigate the future of search. Your goal is to position the platform as a "must-have," securing renewals and identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and upsell.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Number:

You are directly responsible for renewal and expansion revenue targets.

Strategic Consulting:

Guide customers on best practices for AI visibility, helping them make data-backed decisions using the platform.

Commercial Leadership:

Lead executive business reviews (EBRs), negotiate contracts, and manage complex multi-product renewals.

Lifecycle Management:

Partner with Engagement Managers to cover the full journey—from onboarding to value realization—ensuring clients achieve their goals.

Forecast Precision:

Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and use CRM data to provide accurate revenue forecasts.

About You:

3+ years in B2B SaaS:

Specifically in Account Management, Renewals, or Expansion Sales.

Commercial Track Record:

You have a history of exceeding targets (quota-carrying experience is preferred).

Consultative Seller:

You are comfortable leading discovery and demos with senior stakeholders, not just checking in.

Deal Closer:

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate procurement processes.

Entrepreneurial:

You are resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
