Alleviation Enterprise LLC is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead and grow our premium supplemental insurance sales team.

Pay Range

Base: $95,000 – $120,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Role Overview The Lead Sales Consultant will sell and cultivate a strong client base using our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products. The focus will initially be on mastering cold calling, relationship building, and client engagement. After mastering the sales framework, the consultant may train and mentor incoming team members.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain, study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
