What You Will Do
Generate new leads in a B2B environment and supplement them with referrals.
Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management and cross‑consulting.
Represent the highest ethical standards and treat others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
Commit fully to our 12‑week onboarding program without interruption.
What You Will Need To Have
Experience in a quota‑driven, self‑sourcing sales environment for small to medium‑size clients.
Cold‑calling and self‑sourcing leads experience.
Ability to develop a plan to build pipeline and generate top‑line revenue growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter attitude.
Compensation NO cap on earning potential. Base pay plus high residual commission split, bi‑weekly new account signing bonuses.
