Role Responsibilities
Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding customer needs.
Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Job Qualifications
Fluency in two or more languages (English and Spanish required).
Clear communication skills, attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
Background in retail sales helpful but not required.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong social media presence preferred.
Reliable transportation to the store location.
Reside within 30 minutes of the home store location; flexible to work at multiple locations in the district.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adherence to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
Must stand for long periods of time to provide customer service.
Works in a fast‑paced environment.
Follows instructions to completion.
Problem‑solves under pressure.
