Here is where you come in.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Account Executive (SMB + Mid-Market) with a sales automation focus. We have a stable customer base and are focused on building new automation that will strengthen our position in jewelry and make it easier to expand into additional retail verticals over time. This position is a front-row seat to that growth, with real ownership and a clear path into bigger roles.
The role in one line Carry a quota, run high-quality demos, and build the automation that makes follow-up faster and closes happen quicker.
What you will own. Sales and Revenue
Own a
$60,000 monthly bookings quota
across
prospects, upsell, and win-backs , with aggressive stretch compensation for high attainment.
Manage and close opportunities primarily with retailers
under $10M , and support larger opportunities with the VP of Business Development.
Run the majority of discovery calls and demos, with VP support on key moments and strategic closes.
Execute a disciplined demo-to-close motion with the goal of closing qualified opportunities within
5 business days
after demo completion.
Automation and AI Execution
Develop and manage AI-enabled inbound and outbound motions for prospecting, upsell, and win-backs.
Constantly improve systems and workflows so follow-up happens automatically, consistently, and with quality.
Operate inside core tools daily: Salesforce and a sales engagement platform like Outreach (or similar). Experience with Clay or comparable enrichment/workflow tools is a plus.
Team and Trade Shows
Work closely with
Brelynn (Sales Operations Manager)
to keep Salesforce clean, tighten the motion, and improve conversion and speed metrics.
Represent Clientbook at trade shows and execute pre-show outreach, booth conversations, and disciplined post-show follow-up.
What you need to bring to the table. We are looking for someone who is hungry for success and gets stuff done. Our team values
1-4 years in a B2B sales role with real customer conversations (BDR, SDR, AE, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication
CRM discipline (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
Comfortable learning technical workflows and explaining them simply.

Comfortable running customer conversations and asking for next steps.
Naturally organized and process-driven, not just “good with people.”
