Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative is a results‑driven professional responsible for driving sales growth through telephone‑based communication, proactive outreach, and consistent follow‑up. This role focuses on converting inbound leads, reactivating dormant accounts, and generating new business across all Lioher Centers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, preferably with experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or a related industry.

Supervisory Responsibilities None.

Sales Engagement & Lead Management

Engage promptly with inbound leads: contact new prospects, open accounts, and follow through to order placement.

Prioritize and react immediately to time‑sensitive leads based on assigned source and urgency.

Conduct cold calls using internal databases to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Grow the active client base by reactivating dormant, inactive, or at‑risk accounts.

Support for Commercial & Marketing Initiatives

Contact industry influencers (architects, designers, builders) to schedule Lunch & Learn events with field sales representatives.

Coordinate design consultation sessions between potential clients and in‑house designers at Lioher Centers.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional actions to increase traffic and participation during events and product launches.

System Maintenance & Data Quality

Maintain and update customer profiles within CRM and ERP systems.

Ensure all customer information is accurate, complete, and regularly reviewed for quality and relevance.

Performance Expectations

Meet or exceed daily outbound call quotas and overall engagement targets.

Actively participate in shaping this initiative from the ground up—identify gaps, propose improvements, and provide feedback on lead quality, tools, and processes.

Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills/Abilities

Native‑level fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred) and ERP systems used in manufacturing or distribution.

Highly self‑motivated, organized, and target‑driven; thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Comfortable working with technical catalogs, architectural plans, and product specifications to support customer selection.

Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, especially via phone.

Ability to discuss product specs, delivery timelines, installation processes, and post‑sales support confidently.

Understanding of cabinet manufacturing components, materials, and customer profiles (dealers, designers, contractors, installers).

Demonstrated success in inside sales or tele‑sales, preferably within cabinetry, building materials, or similar technical industries.

Education and Experience

Associate degree in Business or a related field preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inside sales, tele‑sales, or customer‑facing roles.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
