Responsibilities
Self-Generating Sales Activities: Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners’ needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to meet each customer’s unique requirements. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
Prescheduled Leads: Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.
Who you are
Self-motivated, self-confident, and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Strong-willed, driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.

$80,000 - $200,000 a year
