Diamond Vogel is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our aerosol coatings business. This full‐time role is responsible for driving sales growth with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and executing account strategies that increase revenue and market share. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with Field Sales, Product Management, and Operations to deliver value‑driven solutions and strengthen customer relationships. This is a sales‑focused role and includes occasional travel (5–10%).

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, driving volume growth and margin improvement

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customers through proactive outreach

Prospect and develop new customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channels

Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Prepare and present sales quotes, pricing proposals, and product recommendations

Promote new products and technologies to expand customer adoption of aerosol coating solutions

Track opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions using the IFS ERP system and CRM tools

Collaborate with Field Sales, Operations, Technical, and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor key performance metrics, including sales growth, margins, and account activity

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Communicate customer feedback and market insights to Sales and Marketing teams

Travel occasionally for customer visits, product demonstrations, trade shows, or team meetings

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

2–5 years of inside or field sales experience, preferably in coatings, chemicals, or manufacturing

Proven ability to grow accounts and consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (IFS preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently

Willingness to travel occasionally (5–10%)
