Serra Toyota is currently seeking an experienced and accomplished Automotive Sales Manager to oversee and lead our high-performing new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations. This position represents a critical leadership role for an individual with a proven track record of achieving results, enhancing team performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the sales department with efficiency and effectiveness.
Recruit, train, and lead sales associates with emphasis on achieving performance excellence.
Demonstrate exceptional closing capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to automotive sales operations.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and in a professional manner.
Ensure high standards are consistently maintained for vehicle deliveries to customers.
Oversee that sales representatives adhere to all dealership policies and procedures.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
Position Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager.
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities are essential.
Prior experience in managing high sales volume and achieving significant unit production on a monthly basis is strongly preferred.
