We are seeking a

Senior Digital Planner & Buyer

to lead strategy, planning, and execution of digital media campaigns across paid channels. This role will translate campaign goals into smart, scalable data driven strategies — balancing creativity, analytics, and political insight to reach the right voters at the right time. This role will be responsible for overseeing every stage of the media process — from audience planning and platform strategy, to buying, optimization, and performance analysis. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced campaign environment and can think strategically while managing complex, multi-platform buys. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits that ends after the General Election in November of 2026. This is a fully remote opportunity. Responsibilities include: Media Strategy & Buying Develop and lead

cross-channel digital media strategies

that integrate programmatic display, video (including CTV/OTT), social, search, and emerging platforms to achieve campaign objectives.

Translate voter data and polling insights into actionable audience segments, aligning each with the most effective channels and creative strategies.

Recommend strategic budget allocations and flighting across multiple channels to maximize impact throughout the campaign.

Campaign Management Manage the end-to-end reconciliation process — verifying campaign delivery, spend accuracy, and vendor invoicing.

Manage vendor relationships including reservations on YouTube and other premium CTV platforms

Track campaign performance and ensure budgets are allocated and reported correctly.

Client-Facing Responsibilities Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, providing updates, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.

Present media plans in client meetings and internal reviews.

Partner with account teams to translate data into actionable insights that support client goals.

Qualifications include: 4+ years

preferred of experience in digital media planning and buying, ideally within political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or digital agencies.

Proven ability to manage

large, multi-channel budgets

across social, search, programmatic, video/CTV, and display platforms.

Hands-on experience

with buying platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and major DSPs, preferably The Trade Desk.

Demonstrated success turning

voter data, polling, and analytics

into actionable media strategies.

Experience integrating

voter file data

(e.g., TargetSmart, Catalist, Civis) into media targeting strategies.
