Overview
The HR Operations Relations Associate will join our global HR Operations team at 5CA, which supports a diverse workforce across three regions: LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. This role is part of the EMEA team and will initially focus on supporting payroll countries such as Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, and Türkiye, while also extending support to other EMEA countries where 5CA engages freelancers. Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via the internal ticketing system, email and all other communication channels Manage employment and freelancer changes in the HRIS, including job changes, contract creation/termination, dismissal requests and more Support operational HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, contract extensions, absence/time off management, benefits administration and audits Partner with Employee Relations Managers to ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and local labor laws Provide day-to-day administration and respond to first level questions related to leave, benefits and general HR policies Assist with HR process improvement and automation initiatives; troubleshoot and escalate technical issues Understand relevant employment legislation especially in EMEA payroll countries where 5CA operates such as Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Türkiye Coordinate the full employee lifecycle for EOR workers via the third-party platform (Deel), including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, job changes, and ongoing support—liaising with the EOR vendor to ensure smooth operations and compliance Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting tasks, and HR Documentation as required Collaborate closely with our Payroll team to effectively support compensation and incentives administration 5CA is a remote-first CX company working with passionate agents from all around the world.
