Job Summary The Producing Strategic Relationship Manager will report directly to the Sales Leader and will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding PCS’s presence in the high‑net‑worth (HNW) market, and managing client relationships. This role will focus on developing new accounts, deepening new and existing relationships and delivering a premium advisory experience. The successful candidate is a motivated sales professional who thrives in a client‑focused environment, can influence key stakeholders, and consistently delivers tailored insurance solutions that protect the lifestyle and assets of HNW individuals. Success is measured by consistent growth, exceptional client experience, and disciplined pipeline execution.
Key Responsibilities Relationship Management & Education
Execution of broker plans, benchmark wealth segments, and monitor top producer progress to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with HNW clients, brokers, and professional referral sources.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative guidance and education on risk considerations, coverage options, and the use of our digital tools.
Business Development & Sales
Drive new opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital engagement.
Identify and target opportunities with high‑net‑worth clients and strategic distribution partners.
Execute business development strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Handle select inquiries end‑to‑end and close business compliantly.
Partnership Development
Collaborate with brokers, agents, and distribution partners to increase PCS product adoption.
Represent PCS in industry events, webinars, and virtual meetings to build brand awareness.
Deepen PCS’s reach in the HNW market with strategic outreach and enablement efforts.
Pipeline, Performance & Compliance Management
Manage sales pipeline and accurately report progress using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Track and report on production metrics, conversion, cycle time, revenue growth, and account retention.
Consistently meet or exceed performance goals aligned with PCS’s distribution strategy.
Uphold compliance standards (e.g., licensing, record‑keeping, TCPA/Do‑Not‑Call) and documentation best practices.
Partner with PCS underwriting, service, marketing, and distribution teams to deliver premium client experience.
Partner with leadership to refine strategies that align with market and distribution strategy.
Share structured market feedback and insights on industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications & Skills Experience
5+ years of personal lines with preferred HNW insurance experience achieving consistent quota attainment and year‑over‑year business growth.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve revenue growth targets.
Active Property/Casualty License.
Skills
Advanced consultative selling and negotiation attributes – from initial discovery and solution design to close and onboarding.
Trusted‑advisor relationship builder who delivers a consistent white‑glove experience that drives renewals and referrals.
Deep understanding of affluent client needs and complex/luxury asset protection (high limits, multiple residences, valuables, performance autos, umbrellas).
Clear, compelling written and verbal skills; confident presenter in both personal and small executive settings as well as webinars. Proficiency in AMS/CRM platforms digital quoting/rating platforms, e‑signature, virtual presentation tools, and spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).
Location preference Ideally, the candidate is within a reasonable commuting distance of a PCS office to support occasional on‑site collaboration; however, this role may be remote or hybrid based on business needs and candidate fit.
