Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Professional based in Lake Wales, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. The Sales Professional will build relationships with customers, assist them in finding the right vehicle, and guide them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities include providing product knowledge, maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and assisting in resolving any customer inquiries to ensure a smooth and pleasant car-buying experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and building client relationships
Basic understanding of automotive products and interest in the car sales industry
Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals
Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with data management systems
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to both in-store and remote work environments
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
