What You Will Do In this role you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.

Operate as a virtual, customer‑facing agent, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.

Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.

English/Spanish bilingual communication skills (written & spoken).

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.

Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.

Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:

Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50

Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50

Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80

Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50

Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80

Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80

Massachusetts: $28.80 – $3650

Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30

New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50

New York: $28.80 – $36.50

Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30

Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80

Washington: $28.80 – $36.50

Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
