Roles & Responsibilities
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model and adopt a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AEO & Aerie product details and suggest fit‑based selections. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Resolve guest concerns proactively while staying aligned with company policy. Assist teammates in achieving store goals and maintain teamwork culture. Adhere to AEO policies & procedures with integrity. Qualifications
Passion for interacting with people. High energy with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Availability during peak guest times (evenings, weekends & holidays). Love for AE & Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. Minimum age of 18 years. Benefits & Culture
