at our Houston, TX Service Center to sell our industry leading transportation services.
Job Summary

Sales Account Executive
Location:
Houston, TX Service Center
Salary:
$85,000 - $90,000 per year
Shift:
1st Shift, Monday – Friday (Full‑Time)
Benefits:
1 week vacation after 90 days of employment, employee resorts, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Educate customers on all transportation services R+L Carriers offers
Gain targeted market share in key lanes
Target key accounts in selected industries
Promote market awareness and visibility
Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals
Stay educated and understand market trends and competitors within assigned territory
Promote corporate image and culture
Requirements
2+ years of LTL motor freight sales experience strongly preferred
Must be PC literate
Knowledge of the local market
Operations knowledge in an LTL environment preferred
