Overview
AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to advance their sales career by building meaningful customer connections and achieving sales targets. You’ll use AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services—to bring friends, families, and communities closer together.
Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends (9 am–9 pm).
Adapt quickly to evolving technology and customer needs in a fast‑paced environment.
Learn and apply sales training and tools to meet or exceed performance goals.
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
Strong communication, passion for helping people, and willingness to work flexible hours.
No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training and coaching will be provided.
Compensation Hourly base pay $15.65–$18.06 plus eligible commission of $13,700+ when all sales goals are met. Top performers can earn up to $62,460 annually with uncapped commission opportunities.
