Sales Associate – Inside & Outside
Job posted 12/08/2025 by Baker Interiors Furniture Group. This full‑time position is located in Dania Beach, Florida. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $100,000, plus commission opportunities.
Job Description Baker|McGuire is one of the oldest and largest multi‑line showrooms in the United States, showcasing transitional, formal, and contemporary furniture as well as decorative accessories. The Inside/Outside Sales Associate’s primary responsibility is to maximize sales volume by growing existing business, developing new business, and delivering exemplary sales service while supporting Baker Interiors Group’s mission of providing the highest quality and service standards in the industry.
Responsibilities
Drive showroom sales and outreach engagement opportunities.
Grow existing customer relationships and develop new business prospects.
Deliver superior sales service and product knowledge to clients.
Use industry knowledge, passion for sales, and networking abilities to enhance business foundations established by the showroom.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of high‑end sales or customer‑experience experience, preferably in the furniture or design industry.
Basic knowledge of furniture‑design history (periods, styles, designers, etc.) is preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
