TrackMan is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales of the TrackMan Driving Range solution across the Great Lakes region of the United States. This role is responsible for developing and closing complex, project-based sales with golf facilities and driving ranges throughout the territory, with direct impact on regional and company performance.

Ideal candidate: experienced negotiator with a proven track record of closing high‑value, multi‑stakeholder sales, including international or large‑scale projects. You bring executive presence and commercial judgment required to engage senior decision‑makers, along with the technical understanding needed to confidently position a sophisticated technology solution. Strong existing relationships within the golf industry and a clear understanding of its market dynamics are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead and close TrackMan Range deals with large golf driving ranges and facilities.

Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentation, contract negotiation, installation coordination, marketing support during opening phase, performance monitoring, and collection of customer feedback.

Understand the industry landscape, key players, and dynamics to identify partnership opportunities.

Continuously improve TrackMan’s sales approach through creation of a strong reference list, convincing case studies, and solid ROI cases.

Collaborate with the TrackMan sales team to identify the right leads.

Deliver on annually set sales targets.

Provide well‑thought‑through and structured market feedback to the TrackMan Range Product Owner and HQ development teams.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key sales information and ensuring that the CRM system properly reflects the opportunity pipeline.

Qualifications

Extensive B2B executive‑level sales experience (2+ years), ideally in project‑based businesses.

Demonstrated ability to find business opportunities and turn them into success.

Strong analytical skills and solutions‑oriented mindset.

Hands‑on, self‑driven, opportunity‑seeking, respected, and responsible person.

Operational and strategic mindset.

Good understanding of key business and finance concepts such as ROI, IRR, cost of capital, discounted cash flows.

Strong growth ambitions and entrepreneurial mindset.

Works independently yet collaborates effectively with teammates.

Positive, independent, high‑energy, willingness to go the extra mile.

Active in sports, passion for golf.

PGA / LPGA Golf Professional status preferred.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Will benefit from extensive onboard training and continuous coaching; work from home office in the territory and travel 50‑75% of the time.
