Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Vidle Housing’s mid-term, fully furnished rental inventory. This individual will secure new listings through proactive outreach and will manage relationships with both new and existing housing partners. Serving as the primary liaison between housing partners and Vidle Housing’s internal teams—including technology, operations, marketing, and leadership—the Account Manager ensures that partners succeed on the platform by achieving strong booking performance from healthcare travelers. This position is both strategic and tactical: part relationship builder, part business developer, and part problem solver. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute outreach strategies to acquire new mid-term, fully furnished property listings nationwide. Conduct cold-calling and direct-contact campaigns to onboard new hosts, property managers, and housing providers. Serve as the main point of contact for key housing partners, maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing support. Guide partners through the onboarding process, including listing setup, optimization, and compliance with Vidle Housing standards. Monitor partner performance and traveler booking trends; identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement co-marketing and promotional initiatives that drive visibility and occupancy. Work with the technology and operations teams to communicate partner needs, feedback, and potential enhancements to the platform. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars as needed to strengthen relationships and generate leads. Prepare reports and updates for senior management on partner acquisition, retention, and performance metrics. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, communications, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate, property management, travel housing, hospitality, or a related industry. Proven record of success in account management, partner relations, or business development. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Tech-savvy and comfortable working within CRM systems, listing platforms, and communication tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment. Team-oriented with a collaborative, problem-solving approach. Core Competencies
