On behalf of our international client, a leader in the industrial sector of valves and valve automation, specialized in the production of components for the regulation and interception of fluids and gases, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support the expansion of the South/Midwest market, including
NorCal, UT, OR, WA, ID, CO, WY, MT, AK.
Summary
Location – remote covering Northwest & Mountain Region area
Up to 50% travel
Reports to GM
70% Account Management – 30% Business Development

Position
This role is critical in supporting the sales expansion efforts across North America. You will receive exceptional support from within the company while enjoying the autonomy to work with minimal supervision. Your expertise in valves and actuators for the commercial, industrial, and utility markets will be instrumental in planning, organizing, and managing multiple accounts, as well as developing new opportunities from the prospecting stage through to post‑order follow‑up.
Key Responsibilities
Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with customers and prospects.
Build and nurture strong business relationships.
Deliver compelling technical presentations to wholesale distributors, OEMs, and manufacturers' representatives to secure new business.
Leverage exceptional analytical skills to identify hidden potential demand for the company’s products among both new and existing customers.
Profile
Extensive technical knowledge and understanding of valve technologies (experience with ball valves is a significant advantage) and actuator systems.
Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and opportunities, interpret data, and make logical, evidence‑based decisions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to coordinate marketing initiatives with local independent manufacturer representative agencies.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of successfully building and maintaining positive business relationships.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software tools.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
A four‑year degree or technical qualification is an asset but not mandatory.
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
