What You'll Do
Driving New Business: Proactively engage in cold calling and develop new accounts.
Managing Key Relationships: Cultivate and grow existing customer accounts through face‑to‑face and remote sales.
Solution Selling: Assess customer needs and recommend tailored equipment rentals and services.
Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling commercial sales proposals.
Strategic Planning: Develop medium‑to‑long term sales strategies for your territory.
Sales Tracking: Meticulously track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience selling to commercial customers.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong "sales hunter" mentality.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
