Sales Manager – DoubleTree by Hilton – The Tudor Arms Hotel
Join the team to drive revenue growth and market share for the hotel, developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Pay Range $40,000 – $50,000 per year (based on skills and experience).
Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up, and addressing inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close business and negotiate contracts.
Establish clear expectations for customers and properties throughout the sales process.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to secure repeat business.
Ensure business turnover is completed properly and timely for service delivery in accordance with brand standards.
Partner with the General Manager to develop and update the hotel's business plan, providing input on sales goals and strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Maintain accurate historical records and ensure all sale transactions comply with legal requirements.
Uphold the highest ethical standards in all sales activities, promoting a cooperative and supportive work environment aligned with Ivy Hospitality’s core values.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in hotel sales or related industry with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a proactive approach.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Travel may be required to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.
