Who We Are White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award‑winning, premium‑brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities. Hospitality is about how you make people feel, and as an Area Sales Coordinator you will support the sales team by managing leads, drafting group proposals, and coordinating group bookings while ensuring seamless communication between clients and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

Route sales leads, draft group proposals, and manage group bookings.

Build relationships with key contacts to fully understand their needs and proactively communicate details to the hotel’s operation team.

Assist in making sales blitzes, sales events, and site visits successful.

What You’ll Bring

Great communication skills.

Ability to build relationships with your peers and clients.

Impeccable time‑management and organizational skills.

Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
