Base pay range : $65,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr
Additional compensation : Commission
Position Summary The Title Account Executive is an entry-level, relationship-driven role ideal for individuals who are either new to the title industry or new to sales, but who demonstrate hunger, initiative, and a genuine desire to build a rewarding and long-lasting career. This role blends sales, relationship development, and industry learning. You will receive structured training in title insurance fundamentals, underwriting, agency operations, compliance, and the full suite of services Advocus provides to its agents. You will represent a company with both a strong legacy and a forward-focused mission, helping expand and strengthen our agent network in Florida. Representatives will be assigned to cover one of Advocus’s strategic regions in Florida: North, South, East, West, or Central.
Essential Functions
Identify, research, and engage prospective title agencies and real estate law firms within your assigned region
Build trust-based relationships with agency owners, managers, attorneys, and decision-makers
Conduct outreach via phone, email, in-person meetings, and industry events
Support new agent onboarding, activation, and early-stage engagement
Assist with presentations, proposals, and onboarding documentation
Track outreach, pipeline activity, and agent engagement in CRM tools
Support marketing, educational campaigns, and growth initiatives
Represent Advocus at trade shows, conferences, and local events
Serve as a liaison between agents and Advocus underwriting, operations, and support teams
Help ensure agents receive timely service and access to resources
Identify areas for improvement in agent engagement or support
Treat customers’ problems as your own and resolve such matters effectively, modeling a high-touch, solution-oriented approach
Perform all other duties as assigned
Education, Formal Training, and Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, curious, and eager to learn a new industry
Self‑starter with solid organizational skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Customer-facing or service-related work experience, preferred
Exposure to real estate, financial services, or legal environments, preferred
