Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Freight Brokerage Sales Representative
to join our growing team in
Toledo, OH . This is an
onsite role
ideal for a driven logistics professional with a strong sales track record and at least
2 years of 3PL or freight brokerage experience .
You’ll be responsible for generating and maintaining your own book of business, supported by robust internal teams for operations, tracking, billing, and customer service. This role offers a
competitive base salary ,
uncapped commissions , and

Key Responsibilities
Prospect, onboard, and grow new shipping customers in truckload, LTL, or intermodal
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure high service levels
Collaborate with carrier sales and support teams to execute freight movements
Use internal tools and CRM systems to manage pipeline, pricing, and quoting
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and margin goals
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a freight brokerage or 3PL sales role
Proven ability to generate and retain business in a competitive environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
Knowledge of TMS platforms, CRM tools, and freight market dynamics
Preferred Location Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the
Toledo, OH area
for this onsite role.
