Position
Full‑time direct placement role at Elevation Roofing & Restoration LLC, a premium roofing and construction company serving the Greater Houston & Austin area.
Job Description We are seeking a Sales Representative primarily in the Commercial/Multi‑Family sector. The successful candidate will generate new opportunities in roofing and restoration, focusing on the large Houston market. You will be responsible for bringing quality clients into our network and helping to grow with us.
Responsibilities
Solicit new business to achieve revenue goals
Prospect and contact potential customers including General Contractors, Property Managers, and other owners
Represent products/services such as low‑slope roofing (TPO, mod bit, PVC, etc.) and steep‑slope roofing (shingles, metal, tile, etc.)
Reach agreed‑upon sales goals throughout the year
Attend sales appointments
Estimate jobs – a big plus
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales materials to present to customers
Requirements
Motivated, self‑starter capable of building and navigating their own book of business
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Experience estimating, building quotes, and submitting final proposals to clients
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Detail‑oriented and deadline‑focused
Salary Base salary $65,000–70,000 per year plus commission.
