Traeger is a brand known for innovations in outdoor cooking, and we are looking for a Field Sales Representative based in Utah to join our team in high-priority markets. The territory covers Utah, Colorado, Idaho, and Montana. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue and delivering best-in-class service to your assigned accounts. You will create meaningful face-to-face partnerships with key retailers, and you will be held accountable to sales targets while driving revenue and improving the selling experience at each retailer. You will partner cross‑functionally and own the shop floor and shop employee. How You’ll Help Us Win

Account Management & Sales Excellence (~50% of your time) Lead and execute marketplace strategies aligned with Traeger’s commercial strategy & brand values. Build relationships with existing dealers, including being on the road 3‑4 days a week visiting dealers. Plan, forecast, and land financial targets on an annual and quarterly basis to drive net revenue. Develop account assortments based on strategic direction and available + potential space. Obsess pre‑call planning & post‑call recap/analysis to ensure preparation & follow‑through. Understand account order books and inventory levels. Training, Demonstrations & Events (~20%) Train shop employees on grills, techniques, merchandising best practices, and how to sell, service and represent Traeger at retail. Prepare and deliver multiple kinds of events to fuel the Traeger brand. Attend and support select trade events on an ad‑hoc basis. Brand Elevation, Merchandising, Fixtures & POP (~20%) Work with key accounts to develop marketing and coop plans to enhance the Traeger brand experience at retail. Become a merchandising expert, use provided POP and fixtures, and define the “Traeger Experience” in your doors. Keep pulse on local consumer & competitor trends, and leverage insights to identify incremental distribution opportunities. Plan work, including office time to manage business systems and CRM resources on a weekly basis. What You’ll Need to Succeed

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in account management or sales. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent B2B regional/national sales, account management and marketing experience. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Salesforce experience is preferred, or similar CRM experience. Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
