The role focuses on driving store sales, mentoring Mobile Experts, ensuring compliance, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and leading new‑hire onboarding. Responsibilities
Top Priorities
– Drive store sales, mentor and hold Mobile Experts accountable to daily and monthly targets, meet or exceed performance quotas, enforce company policies, maintain compliance with CPNI, PII, and Social Media regulations, communicate enthusiastically via company tools, and preserve a strong relationship with T‑Mobile and MobileOne. Customer Service
– Interact with every customer on the sales floor, train and hold Mobile Experts accountable using trackable scores, troubleshoot escalations swiftly, keep customers informed until resolution, log into T‑Mobile (Citrix) to review HUB feed, and maintain relationships with landlords and neighboring tenants. Operations
– Adhere to labor budgets, issue schedules, share daily Slack announcements, protect inventory and cash, avoid exceeding credit limits, respond to NPS surveys and YEXT reviews, leverage all available technology, review all reporting, manage inventory, complete daily ops checklists, audit T‑Mobile Ops Ready, comply with loss prevention and cybersecurity rules, keep the store clean, troubleshoot equipment, and complete daily paperwork. Employee Relations
– Eliminate time/management violations, troubleshoot employee issues, involve supervisors and HR when needed. Develop Team/Accountability
– Be on the sales floor 80‑85% of the shift, execute trainings, attend meetings in person or via Zoom/Slack, enforce required customer callbacks, call customers within 24 hours, perform outbound sales calls, manage daily M1 Ready/Recap, contact applicants within 72 hours, anticipate labor needs, trigger PIP when performance dips, conduct regular 1:1 check‑ins, host monthly location meetings, and follow safety and store protocols. New Hire/Onboarding
– Communicate with the Training team for new‑hire schedules, manage ASM hiring and onboarding, and ensure candidate training and continued compliance. Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of T‑Mobile products, services, policies, and systems. Basic Microsoft Office and G‑Suite proficiency. Ability to operate MyMerch, TIMO Console/TIMO, Viva Tracker, ADP, Slack, HUB, Power BI, C2, Citrix, Remos, and other tools. Effective written and verbal communication. Ability to train others and adapt to learning styles. Deliver constructive feedback productively. Maintain working knowledge of all store sales and operations. Explain Mobile Expert pay accurately. Education and Experience Required
18 years of age or older. Legally permitted to work in the United States. Must pass initial and ongoing background checks. Physical Demands
Report to the store during all regular business hours. Respond to emergencies outside of store hours. Stand, move around, bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking. Travel when requested. Work overtime and/or beyond 10 hours in a day when requested. Work nights, weekends, and holidays. Answer a phone and communicate with customers and employees. Operate all inventory sold in the store. Make all required outbound phone calls. Be available on your day off for emergencies. Pay
$18.22 – $41.70 per hour.
