Join AutoNation as an e‑Commerce Sales Associate at our Infiniti Tustin dealership. In this role you’ll interact with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchases in a no‑haggle sales environment.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to leads, answer questions, and provide detailed product information.
Guide customers from initial contact through in‑store experience to close the sale.
Negotiate terms and payment options that align with customer budgets and lifestyles.
Provide exceptional service before and after purchase, following up to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Service department to support continued customer ownership experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Willingness to follow up with customers.
Experience and enthusiasm for working with technology.
Valid in‑state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Compensation & Benefits This position is commission based with average compensation of $3,000–$10,000 per month.
