Drive Sales Performance: Exceed sales targets by promoting Corium products for appropriate patients to healthcare providers and office staff within the assigned territory. Engage and Educate Providers: Conduct persuasive, compliant, and effective sales calls to approved prescribers, leading to appropriate prescriptions for Corium products. Territory Management: Use data to develop and implement a strategic business plan aligned with corporate goals and marketing strategy to optimize sales potential while managing resources within budget. Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all company policies, legal and industry regulations, and demonstrate ethical sales practices. Represent Corium with a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times. Physical Requirements: Must be able to travel frequently by car and/or airplane, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods of time. Frequent use of a computer/iPad, telephone, printer or other office equipment. This role requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and transport promotional materials as needed. Overnight Travel: Up to 25% may be required. Additional duties as required. Education

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution required. Qualifications and Required Skills

Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years B2B sales experience. Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively engage and persuade customers, with strong selling capabilities. Work Ethic & Professionalism: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a professional demeanor. Driving Record: Must maintain a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Licensing & Documentation: Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Essential Core Competencies

Expected salary of $80K+ plus competitive sales incentive compensation plan plus car allowance. Seniority Level
