Overview
The Client Executive drives new Human Resource Consulting (HRC) business opportunities, closes sales to meet annual revenue goals, and supports client retention through strategic solutions and account management. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role fosters innovation, cross-selling, and thought leadership to strengthen the company’s market presence, particularly with small to mid-sized companies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business through networking, referrals, and events.
Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
Assess client needs, design tailored HR solutions, and manage proposals/RFPs.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance services, share expertise, and build new opportunities.
Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Qualifications
5+ years of HR management with strategic experience; Bachelor’s in HR or Business preferred.
Proven success influencing C-suite executives and driving sales.
SHRM-SCP or HRCI-SPHR certification highly desirable.
Strong communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR trends; ability to advise clients effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Zoom/Teams; social media experience preferred.
Willingness to travel and attend networking events regularly.
Clear communication and ability to manage complex client relationships.
Leadership presence with empathy, confidence, and influence.
Innovation, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational, time management, and customer service focus.
